Order Delivery times

We deliver products only 50km around in Chennai. If material is in stock or readily available, we dispatch within 12hours. If order times exceed what we have committed to, we will contact you to determine if you want to execute the order with the new delivery time.

Goods and Service Tax

We invoice all transactions and charge all taxes as per regulation.
Our sale products all are inclusive of GST.

Payment Methods

we accept payments via Instamojo / Payu gateway. Cash on Delivery available around 50km in Chennai.

Cancellations:

Cancellation by the Customer:

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us at 97890 05503. We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.

If you cancel your order before your product dispatched, we will refund minus 3.5% in total amount (adjusted towards pay u gateway payment charges) in case of pre-paid order.

Returns:

If the customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at sales@srkpowerpoint.in or contact at  97890 05503 within 2 days from the date of receiving the products.

Bank Refund – We refund the amount minus 5% in total amount (adjusted towards shipping & pay u gateway payment charges) in your bank account within 7 working days.
If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per customer demand. Refund process (if customer requests for refund) will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return.

In both the cases, srkpowerpoint.in will arrange a pick-up from your place. Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund amount within 7 days. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will send the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 7 days of our receiving of the return package from you.

srkpowerpoint.in is a project owned and managed by S.R.K Power Point , a company with registered office at #5/22, Valluvar Salai,Near HDFC Bank, Ramapuram, Chennai – 89.

By using the Site in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site, you (the “user” or “you”) agree to be bound by this Agreement, including those additional terms and conditions, rules, policies, guidelines referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. This Agreement applies to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are vendors, customers, merchants, contributors of content, information and other materials or services on the Site.

‘You’ shall also mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a member of the Website by providing Registration Data(as defined hereinafter) while registering on the Website as Registered User using the computer systems of the Website and accepted this electronic version/ electronic record of the User Agreement.

Amendments:

S.R.K Power Point may amend this User Agreement and/or S.R.K Power Point Rules and Policies at any time by posting a revised version on the Website. If S.R.K Power Point makes a material change S.R.K Power Point will notify You here, by email, by means of a notice on our home page, or other places S.R.K Power Point deems appropriate. What constitutes a “material change” will be determined at S.R.K Power Point’s sole discretion, in good faith, and using common sense and reasonable judgement.

Membership Eligibility

Registration Compliance and Your Account

Keep your password secure. You are fully responsible for all activity, liability and damage resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality. You agree to immediately notify S.R.K Power Point of any unauthorized use of your password or any breach of security. You also agree that S.R.K Power Point cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure.

Account Transfer:

You may not transfer or sell your S.R.K Power Point account and User ID to another party.

Right to Refuse Service: S.R.K Power Point services are not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended S.R.K Power Point members. S.R.K Power Point reserves the right, in S.R.K Power Point’s sole discretion, to cancel unconfirmed or inactive accounts. S.R.K Power Point reserves the right to refuse any of its service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Electronic Communications

When You use the Website or send emails or other data, information or communication to S.R.K Power Point, You agree and understand that You are communicating with S.R.K Power Point through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via electronic records from S.R.K Power Point periodically and as and when required. The Website is only a platform through which Users can reach a larger base to buy and sell items. S.R.K Power Point is not directly involved in the transaction between buyers and sellers unless the user opts for any of the value added services (hyperlink) offered by S.R.K Power Point. As a result, S.R.K Power Point has no control over the quality, safety, morality or legality of any aspect of the items listed,the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to pay for items. S.R.K Power Point does not pre-screen users or the content or information provided by users. S.R.K Power Point cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction. S.R.K Power Point is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays as a result of items which are out of stock, back ordered or otherwise unavailable. Consequently, S.R.K Power Point does not transfer legal ownership of items from the seller to the buyer.
